If paying by Cashiers/Personal check, we must have the check before processing the order. A personal check usually takes 2-3 days to clear. Mail your payment to the PO box listed above. Make sure to list the order # on the check.

All credit card orders must have a matching shipping and CC statement billing address. We do address verifications prior to authorizing the card. If the billing address does not match the shipping and/or the billing address on the order form, the order will not be processed. The only exception is if the billing address is a PO. BOX. If your addresses do not match, please call us for prior authorization.

RETURN POLICY: A 20% restocking charge will be accessed on any custom wheel builds, frames and bikes. All other standard items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund(shipping not refundable) within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been installed, used, and has the original packaging and paperwork.
